We are seeking sales, recruiting and technical consultants that want to join one of the fastest growing IT consulting companies in the United States.Business Development Executive: 5+ years experience as a Business Development Executive in project sales or IT servicesExperience in new business development and selling IT projects Successful account management and outside sales Development of new clients, as well as growing existing clients Solid understanding of the software development processMust be well networked in the IT/business communitySelf-starter with a bias for action and urgencyTechnical Consultants:At least 3-5 years experience in application development that focuses on the full development life cycleExperience with design and development of Java or .net applications for Web and DesktopProven understanding of Object Oriented and Service Oriented ArchitectureExperience with Java/J2EE or C#/ASP/VB .net programming languagesExperience with Oracle or SQL Server databasesAbility to travel on remote assignments Recruiting: 5+ years of recruiting experience in the IT field Bachelors Degree Understanding of job boards, online networks, and other recruiting tools Strong communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of Information Technology field, terms and toolsAbout Perficient: Perficient is a leading information technology consulting firm serving clients throughout the United States.  We are providing business altering solutions to our Global 3000 client base.
