Business Development Manager, Technology Practice

 

We’re an Executive Search business based in Greenville that is currently

going through a period of aggressive expansion. We have recently opened

a Technology Practice, which is focused on identifying and placing first

class Sales, Marketing and Professional Services personnel into Technology

Vendors and Service Providers.

 

To support this growth, we are looking for a highly motivated BDM, to focus on

developing client relationships throughout the US. Targeting C-level and V-Level

Executives, you’ll be responsible for identifying great job opportunities and then

working with an internal team (already in place) to identify the best available

candidates. You’ll be solely responsible for engaging prospects, understanding

their requirements, positioning our service offering and negotiating terms of business,

as well as managing the recruiting cycle from start to finish.

 

This is a challenging position, where all of your skills will be put to the test.

 

If you are currently in a client development position with another recruiter or work

as a salesperson in the technology industry (with proactive sales responsibilities),

we can offer you first class training, the tools you need to do the job, a great working

environment and the opportunity to earn unlimited income. First year’s expected earnings

should be in the $75,000 range and $100,000 in your second year.
