The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for growing existing clients and developing new business by utilizing a consultative sales approach.  The BDM will have access to significant business development resources and excellent leadership & mentoring.  We offer an entrepreneurial spirit and unlimited upside potential with one of the industry's best compensation programs. Our excellent benefits package includes medical/dental/vision coverage, stock purchase program, 401K and more.  We are looking for individuals with: Minimum 2 years successful direct sales in IT professional services Experience selling technology products or services Proven track record of sales/business development experience combined with technology industry experience Ability to sell senior level consulting services to clients and develop business through outbound sales calls, networking, meetings, and client visits, etc. Strong pipeline management skills Excellent outside sales presentation skills, and the desire to be the best You must also demonstrate the ability to manage and grow large Fortune 500 accounts.
