Our client is looking for a Business Development/Account Manager to spearhead the sales for IT Service Management & Operations Outsourcing initiative.
Key responsibilities include:
* Build & Deliver the Revenue Plan for the Geography/ Vertical/ Segment
* Build & Manage the Direct Sales & Business Development Organization
*Work in close synchronization with the internal practice teams – Managed Services/ Delivery in the defining of the market requirement and go-to-market strategy
* Build & Develop indirect Sales Channel/ Alliances
* Exploit existing network/ relationship to network & create lasting relationships with Clients
* Position will carry direct Sales Quota
Key Requirements:
Qualifications:
* Bachelors degree in Engineering (in Computer Science/ Electrical/ Electronic/ Communication)
* Masters in Business Administration (in Marketing/ Finance)
Professional Experience / Traits:
*2 years of outsourcing sales experience required
*3 – 12 years or more of selling complex IT services out of which at least the last 3 years in the US.
* Demonstrated performance in Complex Solution/ IT Services Sales to Fortune clients
* Should have had a Fast Track growth path right through the career
* History of high sales achievement (consistently over 100% quota-verifiable).
* Strong Techno-Commercial/ Business Orientation and Cost Sensitive
* Financial management experience: estimating, budgeting, pricing, risk assessment
* Solid Network & Relationship at CxO level and SBU heads
* Strong Leadership/ Team Building/ Decision Making skills with ability to interface with customers, engineers and management
* Open to Intensive Travel
* Experience in helping clients to identify, evaluate, and implement IT outsourcing
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-pressure, rapidly evolving entrepreneurial environment
* Hard-working, detailed, quality and deliverable-oriented
* Strong, referenceable track record with customers, channels and employers.
