i-flex solutions is a world leader in providing IT solutions to the financial services industry. We have the experience of delivering value-based solutions to over 790 customers across 130 countries. Currently, we are looking for a dynamic candidate to fill in the post of a Business Development - Marketing Manager.  

Position Description:

¾ Work with Market Research & Strategic Initiatives group to understand market trends and demands

¾ Work with internal teams on concept creation and development that addresses the market trends and demands and leverages i-flex’s strengths and past experience

¾ Work with Corporate Communication Group (CCG)  to package the value propositions into white papers and collaterals

¾ Drive focused lead generation programs (direct marketing, events marketing, cold calling, etc) to highlight value propositions and unique differentiators

¾ Work with Marketing and CCG on web contents and creation of PrimeSourcing collaterals.  Ensure consistent PrimeSourcing positioning and messaging

¾ Acts as one of the primary contacts to establish and enhance relationships with individual analysts and analyst organizations and provide them with a comprehensive and current picture of PrimeSourcing

¾ Drive towards creating a positive mind share for PrimeSourcing with the industry analysts

¾ Develop alliances and partnerships with 3rd party ISVs and service companies to provide alternate SI revenue channels

 

Required Skills: 

¾ Ability to work in a conceptualize market offerings (IT solutions and propositions) to address such needs, based on an appreciation of i-flex’s strengths 

¾ Ability to conceptualize market offerings, craft value propositions / messages and drive focused lead generation efforts that underscore unique differentiators

¾ Ability to message and communicate PrimeSourcing value proposition to the analyst community that underscore unique differentiators

¾ Ability to interface effectively with the analyst community, comprehend hot buttons, and communicate back to the business

¾ Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

¾ Knowledge of the BFSI industry a  big plus

Background/Training: 

Undergraduate degree; MBA preferred; 5 - 10 years of experience, preferably in IT services industry, in business development, lead generation, analyst relations and/or marketing roles ; Solid understanding of the financial industry desired.  Experience at similar roles in the IT services industry desirable

Location:  NJ or Boston

Travel: Approximately 20%.  .
