Business Enablement Program Mgr

Day to Day Work The Business Enablement Competitive Analyst supports the lead role in this area and teams with NA Sales, Outsourcing Services Engagement and Pursuit, GSO, Client Management, GOIS Operations, GOIS Marketing and GOIS Global ITO Strategy and Portfolio as well as third parties to provide fact-based competitive intelligence, compelling value propositions, market insights, and ITO portfolio competencies and strategies to drive higher win rates and faster than market growth rates in North America. This role leverages client facing experiences, internal, industry and third party relationships, knowledge sharing capabilities and industry-leading business enablement practices to enable superior levels of customer satisfaction, profitability and revenue growth for Unisys as well as position Unisys as a leader in innovation. The successful candidate in this role has experience in competitive analysis and knowledge management practices and methodologies in the IT Outsourcing area. Key Responsibilities Responsible for managing programs of moderate risk and complexity or may have deputy responsibility for a large program. Frequently is involved simultaneously in several programs. Oversees program budget and schedules prepared by subordinate staff. May have supervisory responsibilities including hiring, firing, salary and performance management. May have primary responsibility for program growth. Serves a primary customer contact. Total value of programs responsible for is generally between $10 million and $50 million (life of contracts not annual). May be responsible for programs of a lesser dollar value if they are more complex or developmental in nature. Excludes engineers or other individuals temporarily assigned program management responsibilities and technical functional managers for a program.
