Job Description:

 

The Business Process Analyst is responsible for gathering the requirements from the business, translating those requirements into a process and task level design, and validating that the ultimate solution fulfills the business requirements from a people and process perspective. They will facilitate process requirements gathering and process design sessions with the business process owners and their teams as well as with the implementation team. Note: this is a process focused role, not an IT or system driven role.

 Facilitates sessions with the process owners and users to gather process architecture requirementsDiscover, analyze, synthesize and document process needs for the Customer Experience domainParticipates in the definition of the project’s scopeTranslates process requirements into business implementation and capability requirements that will be used by the development team if systems work is requiredFacilitates sessions with the process owners and users to validate the functional design of the process based solutionRepresents the interests of the process owners and users in the technical design processWorks to develop the process architecture including process maps and flows, swim lanes diagrams, task descriptions and input/output mapsDevelops components of the Process Implementation Roadmap



 

Required Skills/Experience:2-7 years Business Process Consulting experience designing, documenting and implementing business processes and architecturesBA/BS with emphasis on Business or Finance; MBA from a top tier school a plusCRM Project Implementation Experience a plusPrevious Big 5 Consulting Experience a plusPrevious Fortune 500 experience in a matrixed organization a plusMust be highly organized and possess superior analytical and problem solving skillsPossess superior business analysis skillsQuick learner; flexible; process oriented; highly organized and proactive Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Previous experience and a basic understanding of a Business Integration and Change Management MethodologiesAbility to travel extensively nationwide
