Develops, defines, and designs strategic direction working with business development, product development and product management teams. Architects re-engineering plans to facilitate management of processes related to change enablement, organization development, competency analysis, leadership development, cultural transformation and performance management. Architects the translation of business objectives into functional requirements and solution design. Acts as re-engineering consultant to other transformation teams in methods, techniques, and tools to ensure adherence to company guidelines. Works in conjunction with business strategies program leaders to provide desired re-engineering practices and to ensure alignment of re-engineering initiatives to business objectives. Assesses the degree of risk impact, timeframe, and cost of re-engineering required to achieve the desired future state. Serves as the lead expert in re-engineering concepts, issues, methods and techniques to ensure understanding and compliance; guides client executive management on the action required to make change happen. Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field preferred Eleven or more years of organizational change consulting experience Experience working with business process architecture and the technology industry Experience working with Process Design, Requirements Management, and Project Management Experience working with re-engineering tools, methods, and techniques Other Qualifications Demonstrated experience in problem solving skills in developing cost estimating relationships (CERs) using applied mathematical approaches like probability, statistics, regression analysis, linear algebra, learning curves and data collection required. Exceptional personnel computer and business solutions software skills to include Excel, ACEIT, Crystal Ball, @Risk and other similar software. Advanced degree in operations research, mathematics, economics or industrial engineering required. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Strong leadership skills to mentor and provide guidance to clients. Strong communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with clients.
