Business Process Managment Consultant

Description:
Manifest is currently seeking Business Process Management (BPM) Consultants for positions in Columbus, Ohio.

Responsibilities:
Ability to gather and document business requirements and architect BPM solutions meeting defined requirements.
Ability to configure workflow solutions within the selected workflow toolset.
Experience writing and executing test plans and scripts per project requirements.
Working knowledge of BPM/ECM technologies.
Experience holding JAD sessions and influence customer directions based on best practices.
Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to work with all levels of client staff and management.
Strong interpersonal and customer relationship skills.
Excellent written communication skills with an ability to create high-quality, organized and concise documentation.
Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate project teams.
High level of initiative with the ability to work independently with little or no direction.
Ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
Demonstrated dependability.
Commitment to quality and exceeding expectations.
Lead JAD sessions, document findings and development recommendations and project requirements.
Design and develop process solutions to meet customer requirements and expectations.
Design test plan and scripts, and execute per project requirements.
Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of BPM/ECM technologies, terminology, methodologies, and best practices.
Recognize potential client BPM/ECM solution possibilities and report findings to principles and/or sales leads.
Accurate reporting of project assignments, activities, issues and time worked.
Active scope management of assigned projects.

Required Skills:
3-5 years experience in Business Process Redesign / Process Improvement.
2-3 years experience deploying BPM technology including workflow and ECM.
Experience with MS Windows, Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint.

Desired Skills:
4-year college degree, preferably in Business Management or related program.
Six-Sigma training and/or experience.
Experience with Hyland product set.
Experience coding in HTML and VB/JAVA Script.
3+ years consulting experience.
Experience with Advanced Capture/Forms Recognition (Kofax, AnyDoc, etc.).
