Job Description: Flextronics is seeking a qualified candidate as a Business Systems Analyst to support SAP.  In this position the candidate will provide support for the Procurement and Production Planning modules in SAP supporting the Austin site.  Candidates need to have strong project management skills, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), needs excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, and experience with multi-cultural teams.  Will review and approve business process design documentation including process flows, business process overviews, configuration specifications, technical specifications, test scripts, and test results.  Job Requirements:  Minimum 3-5 years SAP experience. BS/BA or MS degree. Will work with local support team and global implementation team.  Unit, regression, and integration testing.  Must have ability to work with the business to define and analyze problems, ability to solve problems considering business process and environmental changes.  Must be able to build and maintain strong relationships with business to understand business processes and make recommendations for system enhancements.  Some SAP configuration experience is required.
