Job DescriptionConsultant will be supporting the HR Master Data Management (MDM) and integrated applications in terms of

technical design, build, testing and deployment.In addition, the consultant will also provide systems analysis and

technical support to production support issues and work with functional and

technical teams both within & outside.The consultant will work to maintain system integrity by following proper

validation procedures in terms of documenting designs, builds, source code

control, coding practices and thorough testing procedures.A suitable candidate must be able to work independently (with minimal

direction) and possess strong organizational, communication and

documentation skills

 

Must Have

 

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, with strongtechnical background with 5+ years of IT experience. Experience using standard IT software (SDLC) development methodology's,

practices and standards.Strong documentation skills and comfortable using Word, Visio, Excel,

Access and Powerpoint applications.Hands-on experience Siperian MDM application Hands-on experience working with Relational Databases (preferably, Oracle)

and PL-SQL.Hands-on experience working with application and database interfaces using

flat files, FTP/Telnet, APIs, ODBC, ETL etcHands-on experience working with UNIX, Windows Server, Webservers (IBM

Websphere and Tomcat)Hands-on experience working with J2EE framework and Java application

environment.Hands-on experience with systems analysis, working with business,

application, development and infrastructure teams.Knowledge of web technologies including XML, HTML, CSS, web protocols and

security models

Nice To HaveKnowledge of HR Business Processes like personnel/payroll administration. Knowledge or Experience in front-end design frameworks like Struts and

TilesKnowledge or Experience in Java Connector for SAP (JCO APIs), Hibernate O/R

mapping and Transaction ManagementKnowledge of Hibernate O/R mapping and Transaction Management Project Management experience
