Business Systems Manager

Manager of Business Systems   Manager of the business systems team for Monster’s Internet Advertising and Fee’s (IA&F) division is responsible for the Sales, Ad Operations and Ad Delivery systems.  The right candidate must be disciplined, dynamic and flexible to manage multiple projects, work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines.  The Business Systems Manager works closely with Sales, AdOperations, Technology and Vendors to ensure business continuity.   Responsibilities Ø Helping team with gathering and building business requirements and scope of a project from users and convert them the functional/technical requirements for developers and vendors. Ø Helping team with overall support of existing applications and ensure system availability. Ø Being main liaison between Business and Technology or Vendor(s) with regards to requirements, testing, implementation, and support. Ø Communicating with Business, Technology, Vendors and Monster Consumer Management the status of projects, upgrades and issues/risks Ø Providing insight to enhance systems and policies Ø Providing status to Management   Requirements Ø 10 Years experience in System Analysis, Design and Implementation Ø 3-5 Years of Project Management/Application Management Ø Demonstrated knowledge of the online advertising industry, trends and best practices Ø Utilizes sound and proven project management methodology and the ability to identify and implement process improvements to deliver projects more efficiently. Ø Ability to understand technical vision and communicate it to both technical and non-technical parties Ø Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Ø Ability prioritize tasks and  to work under strict deadlines Ø Sales Systems experience (Salesforce.com) Ø Contract Management Systems experience (Solbright – AdSuite) Ø AdServing Experience (Dart Enterprise) Ø Experience with implementing and supporting 3rd Party software   Monster Worldwide is committed to providing a safe workplace for all employees.
