Description Title:  Porting Service - C-VoIP Fallout Processing Analyst Organization:  Outsourcing for Accenture Clients (Services) Location:  Minneapolis, MN  People within the Client Operations-BPO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) helps clients develop and deliver business process innovations with cutting-edge outsourcing services. These services transform enterprises and deliver high performance at lower costs.   The C-VoIP Fallout Processing Analyst reports to the Fallout Processing BPO Operations Lead and provides a point of contact for the Continuous Improvement Management Lead, and the Operations & Service Management Lead for questions related to the Fallout Processing BPO engagement.  Provides/distributes information related to client production fallout activities.  Client BPO fallout problems, issues and concerns are addressed in an expedient and effective manner, escalating problems before they become issues to Fallout Processing BPO Operations Lead. Coordinates with Supplier and client teams to address operating changes and issues.  Interfaces with other teams, including offshore office, to facilitate, manage, and define operations requests. Develops and executes plans for role out of new procedures and changes to the operations as a result of platform upgrades.  Supports the monitoring and generation of SLA metrics.  Works with BPO Operations Lead and other Fallout Processing BPO resource to address fallout issues based on client business and internal project need, and Service Level Agreements (SLA) Interfaces with Fallout BPO off shore leads to facilitate, manage, and define new operations requests Assists Operation Leads in preparing data for client meetings, on an as needed basis, to discuss the status of all open issues, obtains client updates, and discusses other fallout related concerns Develops and communicates role out of new procedures and changes to onshore/offshore Operation leads as a result of platform upgrades Establishes and fosters client relationships to understand client’s operational business needs and to resolve open issues Assists Operations lead in reviewing/addressing points related to BPO fallout and SLA reports to ensure accurate data is being reported to the client Supports ad hoc operational report requests from the client or internal BPO executives Provides client centric communication to service Fallout BPO team and client needs Perform administrative tasks (i.e. completing PWA, ARTES time reports, general octels and email, managing PTO balance, attending training, etc.) in timely manner Some evening and/or weekend hours in addition to on-call during those times to support client requestsSome travel (5%) may be required  Qualifications  Basic Qualifications:  1 years experience with Microsoft Office applications Bachelor's degree required Professional Skills:  Experience with UNIX, SQL, Clarify, Quickbase, MS Office Suite Experience in a providing application administration, analysis or support Business Analysis experience Experience with ad hoc reporting Managing client relationships Knowledge of the telecommunications industry Ability to handle multiple tasks Ability to exhibit attention to detail skills Good written and verbal communication skills To submit resumes online Click Here   Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
