10439406CA-05/CAD ServicesContractPortland, ORDuration: 2 yearsRequirements:Provide support of CATIA V5 Digital mockup process, including; end user support and issues resolution, root cause analysis, quality and testing, creation of training documentation and user training.Duties and skills include; Knowledge of CATIA V5 and ability to learn client's VIVA application. Willing to learn client specific methodologies for Digital Mockup and Product Data Manager. Ability to schedules, facilitate and takes minutes for working sessions and meetings with appropriate business representatives Manage change requests and qualify new requirement requests Conduct training sessions for small groups as well as in a formal classroom setting Present interactive online training sessions Daily application of troubleshooting techniques and root cause analysis. Manage service and support tickets by working with developers and help desk personnel to resolve complex customer issues. Utilize and track issues using Remedy software. Creation and execution of application test plans. Strong verbal and written communication skills Will need to interface with Mainframe IMACs Product Documentation application and data.Behavior expectations include; Must have ability to quickly learn new applications, study written materials and then apply to daily support and training efforts. Ability to deal with unresolved situations, frequent change, delays, or unexpected events Collaborative nature and willingness to pursue resolutions to cross department issues involving multiple individuals responsible for product change. Maintain a professional image at all times. Be courteous and helpful. Good organizational, record keeping skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Follow senior staff member direction as required. Learn and apply client IT practices into daily work. Basic Qualifications: 1 year minimum hands-on experience with CATIA V5 and Digital Mockup methods. 3 years minimum hands-on experience with CAD applicationsTools/Applications:Knowledge and experience required: CATIA V5Knowledge and experience preferred; Engineering design or CAD design review experience with CAD systems 3D Graphics and/or Digital Mockup applications and projects. Remedy Ticket / Problem tracking software Complete understanding of the basic use of Office and Browser applications.
