CEM Solution Strategist

We are currently looking for a qualified candidate with experience in the end user monitoring market space to fill a unique Solution Strategist role for the Wily Customer Experience Manager (CEM) product line at our office in Chicago, IL. In partnership with the CA Account Managers/Directors and the Wily Solution Strategists, the CEM Solution Strategist will focus on enterprise account penetration of CEM as part of the full Wily Solution. For the assigned region(s), this person will: * Forecast and report on all deals including Wily Customer Experience Manager (CEM). * Drive lead generation activity and pipeline growth within enterprise accounts. * Provide expert level CEM pricing guidance as necessary. * Understand and articulate how CEM works alone and within the enterprise, mainly with CA products but also other complementary products. * Train direct reps on the Wily solution value proposition, including detail about the CEM solution and how it works. * Support strategic and/or complex customer facing meetings as the CEM Solution Strategist * Position the complete Wily Solution and CEM effectively in competitive situations. * Document success stories and share prospect and customer feedback. * Interface with CEM leadership, professional services, product management and marketing as needed. * Prioritize and support regional CEM partners as necessary. * This position typically requires 5 to 8 years IT industry or IT Technical Sales related experience, preferably with a professional IT services company or software provider. Recent experience specifically with end user monitoring solutions for web applications is required. * It is strongly preferred for the ideal candidate to have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.The candidate should possess a broad understanding of technology concerns and the ability to quickly become knowledgeable on CA's overall technology strategy and product solutions in chosen Business Unit. The individual in this role must possess experience working with customers, sales personnel, customer service, as well as a good understanding of the industry disciplines, technologies and web application monitoring solutions. The successful candidate should have underlying business acumen or experience in order to demonstrate/explain how CA technology can fulfill the business requirements of customers.
