About the position:
CBE Technologies is looking for a Cisco Help Desk Support Engineer.  As a Cisco Help Desk Support Engineer you will be responsible for 1st and 2nd level phone support for routers, Ethernet switches and related Cisco VoIP and Security products.  After initial training on our systems your home could be your office or if you prefer you could come to Charlestown, MA and work.  We use an online Call Center application, our agents can login and work from anywhere there’s a computer and a phone.

The following abilities and skills are needed:

Cisco CCNP or equivalent in field experience

Cisco Call Manager & Multi-service routing, switching & security experience
A self-motivated person who works well in a fast paced, energetic team environment
Excellent communication skills
Detailed orientated and organized
Professional demeanor

Experience working for a Value Added Reseller is a plus


Responsibilities include:

1st and 2nd level Phone support of Cisco products and networks

Personal time management

Perform other duties to ensure success
