CMM Program Scheduler - TS/SCI with CI or full-scope poly Job Code: GCSD03081129 Job Description: Program Scheduler responsible for the analysis of network logic and critical path. Performs schedule variance analysis by comparing baseline to schedule. Reviews and resolves critical path and network logic errors, inconsistencies and conflicts. Ensures management understanding of network logic, Gantt, pert, milestone charts, and resource information in the schedule. Ensures compliance with internal program procedures and project control system guidelines. Participates in scheduling status reviews. Develops and/or modifies existing program procedures. Works effectively on cross-functional teams.  Qualifications: Associates Degree (or equivalent experience), and minimum 5 years experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 2-3 years of experience conducting scheduling analysis. At least 1-2 years of experience with Earned Value Management (EVM). At least 1-2 years of experience with Microsoft Project.Preferred Additional Skills: Knowledge of complex scheduling logic, resourcing, and critical path analysis, as well as schedule networking and linkages. Knowledge of program scheduling requirements.
