CITY/STATE: El Segundo, CAPOSITION TYPE: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/ProjectJOB CATEGORY: Customer Support/Client CareEDUCATION LEVEL: High School or equivalentSALARY: 12.00 - 12.00 USD /hour CONTENT REVIEW SPECIALIST Job Overview The Content Review team within the MySpace’s support organization is responsible for reviewing the all uploaded and reported images and videos to ensure that content posted on user profiles does not violate the MySpace Terms of Service (TOS).  In addition to reviewing images, a Content Review Specialist may also be responsible for reviewing and moderating the content in MySpace Classified and Group to ensure they are complying with MySpace’s guidelines. The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the ability to display good judgment when enforcing MySpace’s Terms of Service. The Content Review team is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and offers several shift start times.  Responsibilities ·  Works efficiently in order to meet daily goals·  Learns and maintains a thorough working knowledge of departmental policies and procedures · Displays a strong sense of critical thinking and uses good judgment when escalating issues to management·  Works independently to resolve user inquiries·  Reviews uploaded and reported images and videos, flagging and/or removing any content that violates MySpace’s TOS·   Responds professionally when being exposed to explicit or graphic material·  Must be able to separating one’s own personal opinion and show good judgment when enforcing the TOS Requirements  ·  Passes all standardized agency testing·  Must pass background check·  Intermediate level of computer literacy·  Cursory knowledge of website navigation·  Must work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week·  Must be able to view graphic and explicit videos and images ·  Ability to work in a dynamic work environment·  Detail-oriented   About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
