CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

DESCRIPTION:

 

Primary responsibilities of this position are related to managing outsourcing contracts for the Delphi IT organization. Some of the specific responsibilities of this role include:

Monitoring Suppliers’ compliance with contract terms and conditions, routine reports, and critical deliverables


Monitoring Delphi’s compliance with contract terms and conditions, commitments and notifications
Participating in negotiations for amendments, new services and any other issues requiring contractual resolution.


 

Facilitating timely problem resolution of contractual issues to minimize impact of service disruptions working closely with the Contract Manager
Ensuring that the contract is modified as necessary to meet Delphi’s evolving business needs

Negotiating any required third party contract assignments and ensuring compliance with terms and conditions of consents

REQUIRED:

Bi-lingual
Demonstrated strong outsourcing functional knowledge, contract administration, and financial management experience
Procurement experience preferred
Strong negotiation, influencing and problem solving skills

2-5 years experience with IT contract management and administration
Legal or paralegal qualifications/experience preferred
Ability to work with others, to lead and affect process and organizational change and improvements and building relationships with the business
Excellent written and oral communications skills, ease and comfort working with senior executives

Experience in managing Supplier relationships and large contracts preferred

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree - Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or equivalent with relevant work experience
