CRM Domain Development and Operations Manager

Description Organization:  Outsourcing Growth Platform/Application Outsourcing Location:  Greenville, SC People within the Client Operations-AO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location.  Our AO resources can expect to: • Incorporate skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients. • Receive ongoing training to build and extend professional, technical and management skills in all areas • Enjoy our comprehensive and generous benefits package   Job Description:  The CRM Domain Development and Operations Manager will be responsible for the project and support work in North America for the CRM area, overseeing 15 Full Time Employees in regards to staffing/staff management, capacity planning, budgeting and forecasting, as well as continuous improvement on processes and methods. Qualifications Basic Qualifications • Minimum 3 years of project/program management • Minimum 3 years technical experience with B2B applications, usability, portals and/or EDI • Minimum 1 year experience with distributed teams - on and off-shore and/or multiple locations • Minimum 1 year application support and maintenance experience  Preferred Skills  • Project/program management experience in capacity/resource management, budgeting and forecasting, and work planning and allocation • CRM business process understanding   To submit resumes online Click Here  Candidates who are currently employed by a client of Accenture or an affiliated Accenture business may not be eligible for consideration.
