So what does it mean to be a CRM Functional Consultant? CRM is a strategy more than just a software application. For a company to have success, the software must support the way individual businesses want to manage their business relationships.

Job Requirements Work with a team to develop business requirements. Quickly become an expert with Dynamics CRM 4.0. Modify Microsoft Dynamics CRM using application customization tools Develop automated workflows Work with CRM Architects to develop integration between CRM and other applications. A CRM background is preferred, especially experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Additional experience with Sales Logix, Onyx, Salesforce.com, Siebel, PeopleSoft, NetSuite CRM, Sugar CRM, Right Now, Goldmine, or other CRM solutions is a plus. 3-5 years experience in sales operations, marketing management, customer service management, or project management is ideal MS SQL Server experience a plus, including SQL Reports Excellent experience with MS Office 2003 and 2007 Self Motivated with the ability to handle multiple projects at a time Excellent Communication Skills an absolute must Bachelors or Masters degree Willingness to travel
