CUSTOMER SERVICE/TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES

Looking for Energetic and Motivated Technical Support Representatives to work for a Major Multi-Media Corporation located in Woodbury, Long Island. This is a great ENTRY-level position for anyone interested in the information systems or networking field!!

This is a full-time, temp to permanent position. Temps will be working 40hrs a week, 5 days a week, 8 hours a day, and 2 days off. The hourly pay rate starts $13.00 (while temping)! 4- Week training is also paid for! Candidates will be considered for permanent placement, based on performance and attendance, in 3-4 months! Once temps go permanent with the company, pay increases are given between $14-21 per hour (Depending On Experience) plus excellent benefits package, great perks, and much room for growth within the company!!!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Technical support reps will be responsible for troubleshooting computer and cable equipment, answering billing inquiries, and providing excellent customer service.

Hiring for the EVENING SHIFT ONLY:

2:00PM-10:30PM (training) and 2:00PM-10:30PM (After training)

REQUIREMENTS:

- MUST BE ABLE TO TYPE A MINIMUM OF 45 WPM (You will be tested)
- MUST HAVE EXTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTER HARDWARE AND/OR SOFTWARE.
- DEGREES OR CERTIFICATES ARE A DEFINITE PLUS.
- SPANISH BILINGUAL A PLUS!
- MUST HAVE AT LEAST 6 MONTHS EXPERIENCE IN A CALL CENTER OR WORKING IN AN ENVIRONMENT WITH HEAVY PHONE CALL VOLUME.
- MUST PASS A 10 YEAR CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK AND DRUG SCREENING
