Due to our continued growth, eLoyalty is seeking Cisco IP Telephony Engineers. You will be integrally involved in the full-life-cycle of technology implementation projects, interacting closely with the client to meet specific needs throughout the process.
This position offers frequent travel (up to 50%) and a unique opportunity to help clients with their most challenging, cutting-edge technology initiatives.
As a Cisco IP Telephony Engineer, you will:Design, configure, and install Cisco CallManagerDesign, configure, and install Cisco Unity Voice MailConfigure and install voice gatewaysDesign IP Telephony solutionsTravel frequently, up to 50%
Required Skills and Qualifications:Recent and/or strong experience with as many of the following Cisco IPT products as possible: CallManager, Unity Voice Mail Systems, Cisco AVVID Architecture, Routers /Voice Gateways, and CVP (Customer Voice Portal)Hands on experience in large, multi-site call center environmentsConfident and experienced in client-facing rolesStrong verbal and written communication skillsHistory of technical design and delivery capabilitiesCisco Certified IPT Engineer – CCIE, CCVP, CCNP – a PLUS
