We are looking for a dynamic, motivated Call Center Representative to join our expanding company.

 

The job:

· Primary contact to resolve customer problems using a ticketing system

· Works with back office, vendors and partners to resolve problems

· Provide updates to the customers regarding problem status and resolution

· Establishes resolution to problems based on priority

· Records problem and resolution details in the ticketing system

· Monitor voicemail, e-mail, messages, and related information for support inquiries.

 

You will be part of the Merchant Services Team and will report to the Merchant Services Director. 



Skills and Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree

· 2-5 years experience with common office computer programs such as Microsoft Office and email applications

· Knowledge of Salesforce.com is highly valued

· Ability to coordinate a variety of activities and manage multiple priorities in a busy office

· Must have well-developed interpersonal, organizational, and problem solving skills and be a team player with a desire to provide a high level of customer service.

· A positive attitude is a must

· Ability to bring problems to resolution independently

· Demonstrated ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear concise and courteous manner

· Experience in the following fields is a big plus: logistics companies, freight forwarding, ecommerce, credit card processing and fraud screening

· Understanding the ecommerce environment, experience in online shopping is helpful

· Ability to work varying hours (first shift would start at 7:30am and latest shift would end at 9:00 pm)
