CITY/STATE: Oak Brook, ILPOSITION TYPE: Full Time, EmployeeJOB CATEGORY: IT/Software DevelopmentEDUCATION LEVEL: Bachelor's DegreeSALARY: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 USD /year Calling Recent IT College Grads!!   OUR CLIENT works with major companies to design, implement, administer, and grow their Tier 2 Supplier Diversity Programs using OUR CLIENT’s online reporting platform as the Program’s foundation.  Tier 2 Programs are frequently high profile programs for Client organizations, and as a result, the Tier 2 Analyst role requires frequent communication with senior level Supplier Diversity personnel in client organizations.  OUR CLIENT is committed to placing individuals with the highest levels of professionalism, analytical abilities, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills in this position who can represent OUR CLIENT as Subject Matter Experts. Responsibilities:The Tier 2 Analyst will perform all tasks and duties necessary to successfully manage assigned Tier 2 client programs: Program Preparation Meet with Client to set expectations and explain their involvement in Program administration activities Evaluate Client’s supplier base to determine which suppliers to include in the programCoordinate the process to invite suppliers to participate in the program and to sign them up for system training Use approved document templates to prepare the tracking sheets that will be used to administer and monitor program statusProgram Administration Perform system maintenance prior to each reporting period: Update automated notification templates Ensure reporting period is set up in the system; create one if necessary “Open” and “Close” the reporting period in the system Utilize system generated reports to determine which suppliers have reported and to identify reporting errors Follow-up with suppliers that haven’t reported in the system by specified dates and document follow-up attempts and any issues reported by primes during the reporting period Receive inbound calls/emails from suppliers requesting assistance with the reporting process; provide outstanding customer service and speedy issue resolution Send list of primes requiring client follow-up to Clients at least 3 days before the reporting period closesIssue identification and Resolution Review client reports and follow-up with suppliers as needed to make corrections Work with the Technical Support team to resolve system issues with client Tier 2 systemsDocumentation Ensure that reporting period documentation for each client is up-to-date and saved on the shared drive on a daily basis Identify improvements and enhancements to document templates used in the Tier 2 Program Management processReport Preparation and Delivery Prepare quarterly diversity spend reports and present them to the Client at the close of each reporting periodDevelop and Execute Growth Strategy Meet with client on a quarterly basis to determine program growth goals and discuss progress towards  Requirements: · Understand the Supplier Diversity space · Self-motivated – require little direct oversight to complete assigned responsibilities correctly and on time· Analytical· Demonstrated ability as a “super-user” of one or more non-standard software applications· Bachelor’s degree· Superior communication and interpersonal skills· Relationship building skills· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities· Attention to detail About Ultimate Staffing Want to work with people who care about your personal and professional growth?
