Description:About the OpportunityThe Campaign Management Specialist (CMS) is responsible for building and facilitating the campaign deployment process, while maintaining a high level of quality control. CMSs will work in conjunction with the assigned Account Manager and production vendor on designated full service accounts. CMS will report into one of the following: Campaign Manager, local team lead, or Director of Campaign Solutions.Responsibilities:- Provide business solutions and industry best practices assisting Client in achieving end goals and objectives.- Building platform related solutions for full service customers. To include: campaign set-up, QA, deployment, and building of automated solutions.- Oversee campaign process and Vendor relations for DREAM and DREAMmail Full Service Customers.- Initial escalation contact for both Client and internal teams contributing to campaign process.- Ensure overall Client satisfaction through timely and accurate completion of orders.- Participate in the quality assurance process to ensure final product meets Clients expectations.- Vendor training to include: Client process, product enhancements, ticketing system, support escalation procedures, etc.- Maintain campaign process documentation- Provide weekly/daily account updates to Account team and/or Client.- Attend recurring Account meetings (internal and external)- Provide back-up support during Vendor outages- Working knowledge of Clients business, goals/objectives, campaigns and how they use DREAM and DREAMmail products- Track Non-deployment activity and providing a monthly report to Campaign Manager and Team Lead.- Participate in cross-functional teams to develop new products, tools, and procedures.- Update/create Knowledge Base articles when necessary.Qualifications:General Position RequirementsThe Campaign Management Specialist works cross-functionally with Production, Creative, List Services, Account Management, and Operations on behalf of our clients to manage successful campaign implementation.The position is a very hands-on role that requires an organized team player with 0-3 years client/account production experience. Proven ability to prioritize multiple projects in a deadline driven environment. Strong interest in interactive marketing is essential. Technical background/knowledge is required, specifically familiarity with database systems and HTML.
