Business: Identify primary process groups and major process threads. Business: Identify quick-hit projects that provide immediate benefit with little cost, risk, or need for coordination. Methodology: Use Catalyst phases, activities, and tasks as a basis for developing estimates and team plans. Management: Lead a team of 6-10 resources (CSC, client, and third-party resources) in your area of expertise to successful conclusion of a project phase. Technical: Maintain high level understanding of software packages and technologies. Relationship Management: Manage client expectations and balance the needs of CSC and the client to ensure satisfaction for both. Relationship Management: Influence decisions and project direction at the executive level. Leverage: Perform consultative selling and leverage business through superior delivery skills, good client relations, and subject matter expertise. Leverage: Participate in proposal efforts and sales calls. Industry: Strong industry experience and knowledge in Financial Services specific to Capital Markets, Trading, Investment and Retail Banking.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred Seven or more years of experience in business architecture and process improvement 10+ yrs solid industry experienceas a business leader architecting the business processes.Developing, communicating, maintaining and enforcing the overall business vision and architecture Design Review Validating the approach and associated work products. Experience working with CSC Catalyst and/or equivalent client-mandated methodology Experience working with techniques and approaches for organizational change strategy and implementation Experience working with business process redesign and process improvement concepts, issues, methods, techniques and tools Other Qualifications Strong skills in one or more of the following: Vision & Strategy (VS), Business Area Architecture (BAA), Iterative Custom Development (ICD), Package-Based Development (PBD), and Accelerated Application Development (X/AD) Strong communication skills Ability to deal with and resolve ambiguity Ability to anticipate problems and take decisive action, giving regard to the impact on both the client and CSC Ability to adjust personal style to different situations Willingness to travel Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
