Digital Management has an immediate opening for an energetic, enthusiastic, expert, hands-on capture manager/proposal manager with a stellar record of leading the strategy and execution of winning proposals for IT solutions in the federal market. Must have superior proposal authoring and written communication skills and the ability to define proposal win strategies and themes, manage subcontractor and other teammate proposal support activities, support proposal pricing, and orchestrate the capture and proposal processes. The Capture/Proposal Manager must be capable of fulfilling the requirements of the capture of a federal business opportunity, from identification through contract award and in performing any of the fundamental roles including Capture Manager, Proposal Manager, Volume and/or Book Manager, Proposal Author, performing in each of these roles as a hands-on contributor.

Must have a thorough understanding of the federal procurement process, ideally in multiple procurement environments (e.g., different agencies in civilian, DoD, intel) and across multiple contract vehicles and types (e.g., GWAC/IDIQ, sole source, single contract award, multiple award, FFP, CPIF/CPAF, T&M). Must have experience winning on proposal efforts of $25M or more. Must know how to dissect an RFP and develop a winning solution to suit as well as author a blank-sheet proposal where no RFP exists.

Ideal candidate has 8+ years in federal IT services contracting/consulting. Must be able to work equally well as an individual contributor and as a leader. Must be able to think outside the box, for we focus on government transformation. Formal training in proposal development (e.g., Shipley) is a plus.

Must be expert at MS Office.
