Its dynamic architecture offers the speed, flexibility and control to effectively manage electronic and card-based payment products including credit, debit, pre-paid and stored value. Responsibilities Include:Coordinates and develops the sales support requirements for: - Client Presentations at both the overview and detailed product and technology levels - RFP and RFI responses - Product demonstrations - Client assessments and feasibility studies - Case studies and best practices briefsParticipates in client planning and solution development activities with the sales team.Develops sales support materials as needed (presentations, executive briefings, value propositions, sales kit collateral, demonstration CDs).Prepares and delivers presentations and session workshops at CSC User Group Meetings/Conferences. Develops and updates subject matter expertise repository for client assessments and feasibility studies.Participates in conferences/tradeshows to showcase CSC's banking solutions and provide attendees with solution knowledge and demonstrations.Coordinates market and sales activation programs with Marketing Shared Services team to expand brand awareness of CAMS II and generate new leads for the business development executives.Position's Purpose Supports the business development executive team with Level I and Level II card solutions presentations and related collateral and documentation development. Prepares comprehensive responses for Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposal (RFP). Crafts solutions and campaign strategies with the business development executives that will provide a competitive, proactive positioning of CSC's offerings with card prospects and clients. Provides extensive solution knowledge to CSC's current and potential banking clients for CAMS II Card & Merchant System. Enhances client relationships and assist with establishing a trusted advisor status by providing comprehensive product and technical information to meet a client's specific needs. Works closely with the sales and product teams to develop team relationships, provide the latest product and technology support, and provide responsive, sales support service levels. Conducts market and competitive research to meet specific business unit needs for business unit quarterly market news and competitive reports. Generates sales leads by participating in banking and card industry trade shows. Develops market activation programs and sales activation campaigns for the business development and business development support teams. Develops sales support materials as needed (presentations, product demonstrations, executive briefings, value propositions and sales kit collateral) Participates in client planning and solution development activities with the sales team. Prepares presentations and session workshops at CSC User Group Meetings/Conferences. Researches banking and card industry trends by reviewing analysts briefings, reports, and industry publications Aligns and supports the division's sales operations processes and procedures. Adheres to RFP process reviews, Bid Review, and Delivery Assurance guidelines and procedures.Essential Job Functions May Include: Oversees, plans and designs highly complex business processes and makes recommendations in order to improve and support business activities. Analyzes and documents client's complex business requirements and processes; constructs conceptual data and process models, including data dictionaries and volume estimates to communicate requirements. Function as a lead and provides input into the development and modification of systems to meet client needs. Coordinates and facilitates meetings with clients on larger accounts to gather and document requirements and explore complex solutions. Coordinates business analyst tasks on information technology projects and provide project team member guidance/support throughout the project life cycle. Provides work guidance and mentoring to less experienced personnel. Provides time estimates for project related tasks.Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field preferred Nine or more years of business processes and business analysis experience Experience working with the interface of information technology with functional groups within an organization Experience working with business processes and re-engineering Experience working with computer programming concepts and coding languages Experience working with the implementation of company value propositions Other Qualifications Previous experience with Card Sales Support and Card Marketing Strong communication skills Politically astute with exceptional communication and positioning skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong presentation skills (both oral and written) Strong personal computer and business solutions software skills Strong interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members Excellent organizational and follow-through skills to ensure high standards of customer service Ability to represent executive management team's strategies, viewpoints and perspectives both internally and with alliance organizationsAbility to assimilate with the senior management team in the banking verticalHigh standards of professionalism and integrityWillingness to travel 50% (North America and globally)Professional Attributes - Dedicated to promoting business unit goals, marketing messages, and sales support objectives - Ability to succeed in establishing and building both internal and external relationships - Ability to achieve results in a matrixed organizationOther Information - Reports to Director of Marketing/Sales Support (Austin, Texas) and Director of CAMS II Sales Support (Irving, Texas) - Strong preference is for employee to be located in the Irving, Texas area(near Dallas,Texas) Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
