As a Change Consultant, you will be responsible for supporting the Change Manager by coordinating change activities and planning routines, facilitating problem/incident management, and ensuring the effectiveness of implemented changes and solutions. You may provide input on staffing and budget allocation but does not have actual staffing, performance management and compensation decision-making responsibilities for team. Three or more years of experience in change management preferred. Support the development and management of integrated test and implementation planning for converting LaSalles retail operations to the Model Banking Platform. Requires cross-functional coordination, communication, influence and negotiation, including: End-to-end integrated project workplan for test & implementation (technology & client). Integrated test & implementation activities to deliver to the business needs (time, budget, quality). Resolving problems and conflicts across integrated execution activities. Creating overall project status/dashboards, budget, resources, change controls, and risk assessments. Tracking resolving, & escalating project issues as needed.
