Change Management Lead

INT Technologies is seeking a Change Management Lead with the following:

Accountability & Responsibilities: Develop and maintain project plan for all program change management, communications and training activities
Develop and execute program change management plan
Conduct change impact assessment
Develop and execute the business change readiness assessments Participate in the design of new roles & responsibilities
Work with HR and L&D resources to identify changes to skills, job descriptions and staffing levels stemming from process changes
Work with IT leadership and HR to redesign the IT organization (as needed) to support identified process changes
Work with Business leadership and HR to identify needed changes to business organization job descriptions, skill levels and staffing levels (as needed) to support identified process changes Work with HR to plan and monitor the execution of individual transition plans for impacted IT personnel
Act as main point of contact for the Change Agents, facilitate and lead change agent meetings and ongoing information sessions
Work with GITOM Training Lead and L&D resources to identify, plan and ensure delivery of essential training and education programs to impacted employees
Provide leadership and guidance to the organizational change team Participate in the development of key project collateral (Powerpoint presentations, etc.) Identify project risks and mitigating strategies

Deliverables: Coordinated change management, communication and training project plan Program change management plan Change impact assessment Business readiness assessment New organizational structures, role descriptions, skill requirements (as required per the process changes) for impacted IT employees Weekly status reports Program related communications materials Others as identified

Qualifications Business/Industry Skills/Education and Knowledge: Broad organization development experience, including experience with organizational change management planning and execution, change impact assessments, stakeholder management, communications planning and business readiness assessments
Ability to oversee training development & delivery
Experience executing an effective organizational change management program in support of organizational re-alignment, business process development and roles/responsibilities creation. Strong business acumen
Project management skills Presentation skills Excellent project and people management skills

Leadership and Management Skills: Ability to lead the overall change management effort and to produce related deliverables. Ability to work within a global, virtual environment. Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamically changing environment. Strong communication and facilitation skills. Ability to engage and work effectively at all levels in the organization. Team player with ability to effectively work with client and other third party personnel. Strong leadership skills Strategic thinker and tactical planner.

Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) SharePoint
