Headquartered in Southeastern, Pennsylvania, Ferrilli Information Group’s Management Team consists of Robert T. Ferrilli, David Prudencio, and Dan Zuppardo.  Services are provided to institution of higher education throughout the country, with a majority of clients located in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic Regions.

Position Description: 
We are seeking a highly versatile individual with a strong background and experience directing and coordinating the activities of an IT organization engaged in academic services to join our team. As a proven and accomplished individual with excellent leadership and strategic management skills you can work with a variety of academic and administrative staff in a diverse environment.  As CIO you may be a member of various college committees including the President’s Cabinet and will be responsible for providing academic and administrative technology leadership and management at our client’s
institution.  Your leadership skills include management of strategic plans and tactical activities to ensure client satisfaction, service delivery, contract ompliance, resource management, and business development.  You will be responsible for directing and implement our client’s academic and administrative information technology strategies with responsibilities for:

Leadership – Actively participate in a number of key client committees, cabinets and/or Board-level meetings, ad-hoc advisory groups, institutional/community activities and planning committees.

Business Development – Identify opportunities and participate in development of solutions that result in contract upgradesand renewals, including solutions that address broad-based institutional needs in both academic and administrativetechnology areas.  Recognize, create and track value-added and ROI activities.

Management – Maintains regular contact with client executive and staff advising them on status of academic and administrative technologies.  Manage and direct the staff that supports administrative and/or academic computing. Anticipates projects, as well as long term academic needs and takes appropriate action.  Establishes and directs the strategic and tactical goals, policies and procedures relating to academic and administrative technologies.Completes and manages site budget.

Education and Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, with minimum of five (5) years experience, including project management. Proven successful experience in managing network infrastructure; two ERP systems (Datatel and Sungard Banner. Excellent written and oral communications skills with an ability to ensure that client trust is maintained. You have a deep understanding of higher education business goals and objective. You also have the ability to find, hire, train and lead excellent IT talent, as well as having talent in growth and revenue generation.
