140-160k salary with up to 25% annual bonus

Our client is looking for an experienced and polished professional to design Cisco networking solutions.  The selected candidate will develop high-level, company-specific plans and accompany sales executives for presentations to both executive and IT audiences.  In addition, the engineer will be involved in the planning and implementation of purchased solutions.

 

The selected candidate will work with Houston-area clients.  However, the role may require occasional out-of-state travel to follow up on planning and implementation for customers with multiple deployment sites.

 

 

Requirements:

 

· CCIE certification required in Voice or SP track

· CCNP, CCSP or CCVP certification strongly preferred

· Must have advanced proficiencies in voice, wireless, or security

· 5+ years experience designing and implementing Cisco network solutions

· Previous pre-sales engineering or consulting work strongly preferred

 

· Exceptional communication and presentation skills required

· Should live in, or be prepared to relocate to, the Houston area

· Must be available for nationwide travel (10-15%)
