Job Description Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Guru p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Responsibilities Candidate will act as a primary interface for providing Meeting Place solutions and provide a high level of technical support. Candidates responsibilities will include providing support for Meeting Place audio and web conferencing, identifying trends and presenting solutions to ensure the system design meetings the customer demand and high system availability. Candidate must understand how Meeting Place interacts and relies on network infrastructure, network devices, Call Manager, Active Directory, SMTP, SQL and Outlook. Candidate must have strong trouble shooting skills and the ability to make good business decisions related to providing related to trouble shooting and minimizing and system down time. Candidate will be expected to meet with the vendor, develop system roadmap, and be prepared to present to plans at executive review meetings. Candidate will be expected to work off hours supporting change controls related to Meeting Place. Candidate must possess excellent organizational and process skills. p { font-size: 11px; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 12px; } Qualifications 3+yrs of Cisco Unified Meeting Place technical support (administration) a MustSome experience with Server ManagementBachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or related field4+ years of information systems experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work experienceDemonstrated technical and analytical skillsStrong knowledge of networking (LAN/WAN) and / or computer (e.g., micro, mainframe) operationsPC and desktop applications competency (e.g., Microsoft Office, e-mail, etc.)In-depth knowledge of information systems conceptsWorking knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and proceduresStrong interpersonal skillsDecision-making and leadership aptitudesStrong organizational and problem solving abilities We are an equal opportunity employer m/f/d/v.
