Citrix Remote Access Administators

The Remote Access Administrator will be responsible for providing technical and administrative support to resolve customer support issues and services as they relate to Remote Access monitoring, performance, Server and User Account Administration and general customer support.

 

We are currently seeking individuals with skills levels from Junior to Sr Level. Training would be provided for the Junior level opportunities for the right candidates. These opportunities include 1st, Second, and Third Shift hours Sunday thru Saturday.

 

Security Clearance is required for these positions!

 

We are seeking those with the following experiences:

 

Senior Level Experiences: 3 Positions

 

4 years IT customer support experience including the following:

 

Blackberry Server and Device operating system and troubleshooting

Citrix Server and Client connectivity and troubleshooting

Advanced experience with Windows 2000/2003 Server implementation and troubleshooting

 

Following skills are Preferred:

 

Advanced experience with remote access clients and connection gateways

Advanced experience with VPN and Encryption technologies

Familiarity with Microsoft IIS/WEB page design and programming

Oracle/SQL database administration and design

Ability to provide documents or reports to management

 

Minimum Certification requirements:

 

Citrix CNA 4.0 or higher

CompTIA  A+ Hardware or Software

MS

MCSE or MCSA

MCSE 2000 or 2003

 

Education:

 

B.S. Degree in IT related field or equivalent additional experience
