Client Executive

 General Job Description:

 

The Client Engagement Manager will build and maintain consultative business relationships with C- level executives within their assigned clients; drive the corporation to deliver exemplary service; negotiate and manage contract terms; protect revenue from each client; and create, pursue, and close opportunities to further penetrate accounts.

 Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

 

Reporting to Vice President, Client Services or Director, Client Services, the Client Executive will:

 Provide overall leadership to the organization to serve clientsHave detailed understanding of client business and technical drivers / environmentsProvide technical and business advice / consultancy to client executivesManage performance against contract specificationsEnsure compliance with all terms and conditions of contractBuild and maintain detailed account profiles for each accountProvide point of contact for questions regarding contract execution, billing, additional services and other mattersManage profit and loss for individual contractsConstruct, manage, and forecast budgets for client accountsReview and approve client invoicesHandle changes in scope of existing contracts using a formal change management processEnsure post-implementation customer satisfactionDiscover, create, and close new opportunitiesHave detailed knowledge of all Infocrossing service offeringsWork with the technical sales organization to architect appropriate solutionsProvide quarterly performance reviews to client executivesReport weekly client satisfaction levelsMaintain account information in the Company’s customer relationship management toolActively participate in contract negotiations with Sales and Technical Solutions Services on prospect/new client accounts

 

 Qualifications and Skills:

 

· At least 5 – 10 years of business-to-business technical account management experience

· Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal and written

· Proven conflict resolution capabilities

· Demonstrated project management skills for multiple complex projects

· Demonstrated ability to manage remote resources not in a direct chain of command and in a matrix environment

· Strong understanding of technologies (hardware, software, network, storage, etc.)

· Demonstrated P&L management

· Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.

· Entrepreneurial self-starter able to work autonomously and be self-motivated.

· Willing to learn and adapt as necessary to accommodate changes in company direction.

 Maintain high levels of client satisfaction as measured by periodic surveyDevelopment of revenue growth within the current customer baseConsistently high performance ratings by both client and company executives Education:

 · Bachelor degree in Technology or related experience requiredMBA a plus
