Client Executive

Yonkers, NY 

Description:

 The Client Executive is responsible for ensuring that the services delivered by Emerging Health IT meet or exceed client expectations.  The Client Executive will manage the client relationship and is responsible for monitory the status of ongoing projects, communication project status to client management, and the development of new business.

The Client Executive will manage the client relationship at the leadership and administrative level and develop the market for other clients.  The Client Executive will be responsible for monitoring the status of ongoing projects, communicating project status to customer management, and new business development.  The Client Executive will act as the liaison between Emerging Health and our strategic business partners.  The Client Executive will work with our strategic business partners to develop new business.  The client Executive is responsible for ensuring that the services delivered by Emerging Health IT meet or exceed customer expectations.  The Client Executive is a core member of the business management team and works both independently and with all areas of the organization, securing cooperation and collaboration between functional areas that support a client engagement.  The Client Executive will look for ways to improve and promote quality and consistency and apply feedback to improve delivery performance.  The Client Executive monitors customer satisfaction and will work with customers to identify solutions for business issues and problems.

 



Requirements:

·BA/BS is requiredA minimum of five (5) years of healthcare sales/consulting experience is requiredPrevious experience selling multi-year/multi-million dollar projects at the CXO level requiredTechnology consulting or IT Professional Services experience requiredKnowledge of clinical and/or financial systems and requirements analysis is necessarySystems implementations in the clinical and/or financial application areas are requiredSolid understanding of formal project management methodologies is requiredMust possess broad IT experience in the Health Care industry

·Excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills are required
