Individuals will be responsible for [daily production] support on [OpenLink's Endur (Energy) and Findur (Financial)] Trading and Risk Management Systems. Candidates must possess excellent communication skills and technical problem solving abilities.

As a Client Support Analysts, individuals will be responsible for client facing communication, daily service request [mangement], maintenance of the CRM system and communication with various functional areas throughout the company. The position will require experience developing and maintaining client relationships.

Knowledge in Advanced Microsoft Windows required. Knowledge in one or more of the following is recommended:

* Financial and/or Energy based Trading and Risk Management Systems

* Technical Programming Concepts

* Database Management

* L/Unix Operating Systems

Previous experience on a Help Desk or Technical Call Center also recommended. Some on-call night/weekend work is required.
