Cobol Programmer - Immediate Openings!

Description
The position is supporting the Arkansas account in Little Rock. Candidates will be expected, complete customer service requests (CSR's) for enhancements and new development, and work on a team to complete larger projects. Candidates must have two or more years of industry experience and an undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, business, or have equivalent work experience.



Requirements
Familiarity in IBM mainframe processing, ISPF, TSO, Cobol, and a good understanding of sequential and random file access methods, is preferred Must demonstrate strong communication skills Cobol/cics JCL Endeavor Healthcare knowledge (not required but a plus) Ability to design, code, test, implement and validate business, and technical information technology related programs Ability to identify, analyze, and devise solutions to business and technical information technology problems Ability to interact with customers regarding business and technical information technology needs Ability to participate in implementations, upgrades, and conversion projects Ability to work flexible hours
