Title:  Computer Systems Support Analysts
Location:  Washington DC; Full-Time, Benefited, Long-term Position
Shift:  1PM to 10 PM M-F

Position Summary:  PC Network Inc. is seeking experienced Computer Systems Support Analysts.  The Analysts manage and coordinate the maintenance, repair, replacement, and problem analysis of computerized sales and ticketing equipment and systems deployed around the country.  Supported equipment includes networked computers, thin clients and printers and possibly handheld or wireless devices.  One of the Analysts will be involved in planning and coordinating technology moves and build outs—this role is expected to involve up to 25% travel.

General Responsibilities:
•  Managing the maintenance and repair of supported computer systems, which include but are not limited to PCs, Servers, Thin Clients, Printers, and other peripherals. 
•  Coordinate preventive and break-fix maintenance and manufacturer RMAs.  Collaborate with Vendors and on-site technicians.
•  Troubleshoot networking and connectivity issues. 
•  Build and deploy desktop and thin client images.
•  Assist in Inventory Control and maintenance of Asset Database for supported equipment and systems. 
•  Accurately report and track maintenance activities.  Analyze trends in equipment failure, and equipment up-time; provide recommendations for improved system availability.  Effectively and accurately document failure conditions and repair actions.
•  Perform other duties as assigned.

Required skills:
1.  Minimum of five (5) years hands-on experience in the MS XP operating systems.
2.  Must possess demonstrable experience in managing and troubleshooting systems remotely (NetIQ, HP, IBM, etc.).
3.  MCSE certification and demonstrable experience in SMS and Group Policy.
4.  Demonstrable experience in MS Office 2003, IE 6.0, MS Project, Visio, Adobe reader, and PowerPoint.
5.  Experience in building and deploying desktop images.

Preferred Skills:
1.  Experience with SITA or KSS kiosk systems (hardware & software) a strong plus.
2.  Wireless communications experience a strong plus. 
3.  Experience across a wide range of manufacturer hardware product lines of desktop systems including associated hardware is a strong plus.
