Configuration Management/Account Management Specialist

Business Resource Solutions, LLC is a shared services organization representing Glacier Technologies LLC for all Human Resource and recruiting activities. Glacier Technologies LLC is currently seeking candidates for the following opening: Configuration Management/Account Management Specialist.

 

The configuration management/account management specialist will be responsible for the implementation and integration of the CM and account management processes and procedures in both the general support systems as well as major applications.  The specialist will also be responsible for working with the different technologies to determine the initial low-level requirements, acting as a liaison with any CM vendor, developing configuration management processes, making recommendations for CM tools, testing the CM processes and assisting in implementing solutions

 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business or related scientific or technical discipline.  Or commensurate level and years of experience.

 

Minimum of 5 years experience in overall system design, development, testing, configuration, implementation, integration, and/or operations.  Must have experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures for account management and configuration. Selected individual must have previous experience implementing configuration management in a large organization. Experience in enterprise wide account management. Minumum of 2 years experience with configuration management governance. Working knowledge of Forest Service enterprise network practices would be helpful, but not required.


Travel will be required to participate in project meetings.
