We speak about not just systems integration but **business integration** as defined as the collection of all dimensions required to design and implement a true **business solution** for our clients.We provide strategic directions to Information Technology initiatives for our customers, act as a 'turnkey contractor' or 'prime vendor', responsible for the complete delivery of IT Solutions for Businesses, leveraging several strengths and capabilities.SI delivers integrated solutions to the client organizations by bringing together products and solutions from multiple vendors / partners, as well as services from the various internal vertical and horizontal practices within an integrated program management approach.Key Responsibilities:* Work with Clients on Hyperion System 9 HFM implementations as part of the implementation team * Understand and analyze customer requirements and develop optimal solution. * Responsible for designing and setting up HFM application which includes defining metadata, security, develop member-lists, business rules based on client requirements * Document HFM application design to capture design logic, exception etc. * Ensure highest quality levels and timeliness in all deliverables * Assist business users in understanding solution, undertake trainings etc. * Work coherantly with the offshore and/or onsite implementation team Technical skills required:* Extensive implementation experience in HFM with atleast one full implementation on Hyperion System 9 in senior position * Understanding/hands-on experience on other Hyperion System 9 products like Hyperion Financial Data Quality Management (FDM), Hyperion Master Data Management (MDM) or Hyperion Data Integration Management (DIM) * Hands-on experience on reporting tools within Hyperion System 9 BI+ reporting studio like Financial Reporting Studio, Smart View and Web Analysis * In-depth knowledge on Financial Consolidation process, business drivers and key challenges in financial consolidation * Should have good understanding of HFM Consolidation engine, consolidation process, HFM dimensionality and should have strong concepts on HFM security, HFM rules etc.Behavioral skills required:* Should be strong in conceptualizing and problem solving * Structured thinking and decision making * Team leading skills with ability to effectively communicate with client representatives * Strong verbal and written communication with good expoture to working in a cross cultural environment * Willingness to learn new tools/ technologyDesirable skills:* Exposure to programming languages like Visual Basic * Working with databases like SQL Server or Oracle, database tables design, basic SQL queries will be an added advantage * Should have worked previously in Onsite-Offshore implementation modelOther requirements:* Should have 7 to 10 years of relevant experience * Must be Chartered Accountant or MBA. Engineering/Computer Science undergraduate degree preferred.** Can be based in any location in US. Should have flexibility in traveling on short notice. Upto 40% travel required.
