Consulting Director

Responsibilities: Direct and manage the overall and day-to-day business and technical components of client projects to ensure quality work products, solutions and deliverables. Manage relationships with clients, maintaining frequent and direct contact with senior level executives. Identify, define, develop and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiency, mitigate risk, resolve issues and achieve cost savings for Amdocs and our clients. Generate and manage sales and revenue.  P&L responsibility. Share in client, practice and performance management including project team management and the development of our team. Monitor and direct others to act in accordance with company initiatives, processes and methodology.  Must be in Atlanta Lead large scale PMO - 30 plus consultants managed, 30-40 mil. budget responsibility Lead conversion efforts for enterprise level S/W for Telecommunication. Requirements: 8+ years relevant work experience with a minimum of two years recent consulting expertise required Experience in IT integration, telecom billing and CRM solution definition, design, development and delivery (Clarify, Amdocs or other CRM and billing packages) Demonstrated expertise in the successful delivery of transformation, change management and business process reengineering Sales experience within a services environment Proven ability to provide knowledge transfer, thought leadership and solutions and translate complex technical issues into compelling business benefits Strong customer facing skills, ability to influence and motivate clients and employees, excellent oral and written communication skills, leadership skills, self-motivation Flexible to travel extensively – 80-100% although we strive to decrease travel College degree required with advanced degree preferred.
