Contract Administrator

Opportunity:

Catalyst Technology Group, Inc. is a technology consulting firm seeking a part-time Contract Administrator with the ability to work remotely.  The position requires management of customer agreements, negotiation with vendors, and management of vendor contracts.  The successful candidates should be able to learn about IT products and services and should understand how to structure contracts and agreements for services.

 

 

Responsibilities:

· Preparation and review of customer agreements.

· Develop and coordinate policies for cancellation, renewals, and new service agreements along with associated billing.

· Work with executive staff and business analyst to determine whether agreement terms are adequately supported through our line of business application.

· Review existing agreements and coordinate renewals with sales team as required.

· Coordinate any missing information and agreements and upload as instructed to our new line of business application.

· Develop processes, coordinate collection of data, and prepare reports for agreements and associated billing.

· Collect information required from various departments to report upon service level agreements for our customers and internal.

· Agreement filing in our line of business application.

· Follow up with service delivery management to ensure contractual deliverables are provided and billing milestones are performed.

· Assist with research and drafting of legal language for various documents, including agreements, amendments, contract renewals, etc. 

· Review contract documents and pull relevant information. 

· Draft letters related to contracts. 

· Communicate with various internal departments regarding any contractual issues.

· Manage and negotiate contracts and renewals with vendors.

Qualifications:

· Technology knowledge is strongly preferred since the products and services are highly technical in nature.

· References to support a proven track record of working well with others.

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Excellent organizational and project management skills.

· Intermediate skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

· Paralegal experience is a plus.

· Must have at least two years experience working with various types of contracts

· Must be familiar with legal language used in contracts

· Must be able to pass an extensive criminal background check


Compensation:

Status:  Part-time flexible schedule, work from home, approximately 10-20 hours per week.  Position will be eligible to transition into full-time.

Experience: 1-2 years
