Supervisory experience also required.Essential Job Functions Oversees routine to moderately complex of the contract life cycle for small contracts. Reviews and interprets contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance by the company and its clients. Provides interpretation, guidance and risk assessment. Acts as an interface with the client and negotiates contractual and business related issues. Interfaces with other groups to coordinate on routine contractual and business issue/processes for small contracts. Participates in the preparation and negotiation of contract agreements for small contracts. Oversees the modifications, changes, amendments for contracts. Maintains and revises information obtained from contract libraries for small contracts. Develops and presents information regarding routine contract process to other departments. Recommends and/or initiates the selection and hiring of employees. Trains and evaluates employees to enhance their performance, development, and work product. Addresses performance issues and makes recommendations for personnel actions. Makes recommendations for salary increases, transfers and terminations to manager. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, contract law or related field preferred Six or more years of contract or legal administration experience Two or more years of leadership experience included Experience working with contract management and negotiation Experience working with policies and regulations regarding contracts and legal matters Experience working with internal workings of various departments within the organization Other Qualifications Good organization skills Good communication skills Good negotiation skills Good leadership and mentoring skills Good computer skills Ability to work in a team environment Ability to be proactive Ability to prioritize FAR experience required Remote Work Location Authorized:No Relocation Assistance:Not AvailableClearance Level:None Create Success
