Corporate Trainer
Cloud 10 Corporation is a virtual call center with a corporate presence south of the Denver Tech Center. Client projects are growing and we currently have need for a Corporate Trainer.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Instruct New Hire and/or continuation training in a Virtual Learning environment. Monitors, evaluates and reports on progress of Trainees to Training and Quality Manager and other appropriate managers/team leaders. Directly supervises New Hire Trainees, as assigned. Identifies gaps in training curriculum, gains approval to resolve, and takes corrective measures to correct. Responsible for the day to day supervisory functions of agent in training. Processes "paperwork" to transition new employees to the floor. Responsible for set-up and maintenance of training facilities and materials. Prepares and submits final training report to Quality and Training Manager and other appropriate managers/team leaders. May be required to travel on behalf of the company and present themselves as a representative of the company to the client Required to interact with the client on specific tasks, projects, and assignments. Attends Train-the-Trainer calls, classes, or workshops when required. Responsible for staying current on all program changes. Responsible for completing self-directed development training as assigned. Successfully complete Trainer Certification. Other duties as assigned
Minimum Knowledge, Competencies & Qualifications:
Four-year degree; or 5 to 7 years experience in call center management, which should include 3 to 4 years of customer service and/or quality assurance management. Proficiency with MS Office 2003 and 2007, including but not limited to, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Publisher, Proficiency with Adobe products, including but not limited to, Adobe Presenter, Captivate and Adobe Connect Ability to communicate with others in a clear, understandable and professional manner on the phone, via email, via web meetings and in person. Must demonstrate diplomacy in both written and verbal communication. Ability to speak effectively (virtually and in person) before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Ability to demonstrate an incremental training method while incorporating Adult Leaning techniques during curriculum delivery The ability to create training materials that incorporates the methods and techniques noted above Solid organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment with close attention to detail Ability to prepare and/or develop plans for projects and programs involving coordination with other departments and/or outside organizations. Ability to adapt to changing priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure. Ability to exercise initiative and judgment as well as make decisions within the scope of assigned authority. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; to interpret a variety of instructions and/or data furnished in written, oral, diagram, schedule, and flat table form; and to work on multiple projects and prioritize those projects based on importance without direction.
