Cramer Engineer

Windward is currently seeking several Cramer engineers.Experience with AMDOCS OSS (Cramer 6) or similar OSS provisioning products.  Experience in OSS service/order fulfillment and integration.  Work as part of a team in the deployment of an OSS system that include CRM, network management, provisioning and configuration management.  Position will be based in our Herndon, Virginia office with initial travel to Minneapolis, Minnesota or be based in Minnesota.


Specific tasks/skills:

Cramer Delivery Engine
Integration with 3rd party tools for activation (Opsware is a plus)
Resource Manager

Modeling of Next Gen environments such as IP Modeling for VOIP, MPLS, etc
Device Modeling
Order management adapter experience
Task Engine experience
Sync Engine (optional but desirable)
Solid Java programming skills and experience
Solid understanding of Unix, specifically Solaris
Two to three years experience deploying provisioning systems in a telco environment


Job Requirements:

Minimum of one to two (1 - 2) years of experience implementing Cramer
Experience working in large, distributed OSS environments
