Customer Service Manager

Bango is at the centre of the mobile web.  We provide a billing solution that enables anyone to sell digital content on the mobile web, with customers ranging from large entertainment companies to individuals.  We’re looking for a hands on technically focused team leader to manage our customer service operation in New York.

 

The job:

 Dedicated account management for key ‘blue chip’ corporate clients, including pre-sales supportProvide second line technical support and handle escalation of issuesDay to day team management of two technical support advisorsOversee customer service for end usersContribute to maintaining and improving our global service processes Ensure the US service works to optimum level at all timesOrganise and host customer eventsManage the US operator billing approval processWork closely with the US sales team and European customer service team

About you:

 Previous customer service experience at senior level within a technology environment essential Account management experience with proven track record supporting large accountsWorking knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, WML, CSS and PHP is essentialExperience of US cellphone carrier industry an advantageExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAdept at problem solving and able to work autonomouslyAble to travel internationally to industry events and other Bango offices
