Customer Service Representative

SGS Testcom Inc., a leader in Inspection, Testing and Certification Services, is currently accepting resumes for the position of Customer Service Representative.

 

  This position serves as the primary escalation point for all end-user calls and will assist in resolving basic computer software/hardware problems, customer enrollment, order processing and billing issues. This individual must be able to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment, including the ability to provide outstanding customer service.Hours of operation for the call center are M-F 7:00am-8:00pm and Saturdays 7:00am-5:00pm.

  Minimum of 1-2 years experience in a call center environment and basic computer hardware/software skills are required.
