Customer Success Manager

A whole new world of opportunity and a new career is awaiting you. The CSM is a dynamic go-getter who is responsible for driving excellent Customer experience and builds strong customer relationships that will influence successful renewal of the software license. CSM will need to discover the source of customers’ challenges and recommend best practices ensure successful retention of account.  The desired competencies of a CSM are: Strong Communication Skills (with emphasis on Business to Business Type Relationships) Effective Client Management Business Management Experience Strong Outbound Sales Experience Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application High level computer and IT knowledge Strong Negotiation Skills Prioritization and Multi-Tasking Skills Excellent and Professional Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
